This page describes the confirmed information collection features currently configured for Rock Custom Pinball: the email signup form and the privacy contact route. The signup form collects email addresses for future site updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe features require separate configuration and are not described here.
Email signup information
The signup form invites readers to “Join the Rock Custom Pinball list for useful guides and future site updates.” It asks for an email address and requires an explicit checkbox accepting: “I agree to receive email updates from Rock Custom Pinball.”
When the form is submitted, the signup module stores the email address, a duplicate-check hash, signup time, source page path, accepted consent wording, and collection status in the site’s WordPress database. The recorded page path identifies where the form was submitted, without query strings or page fragments.
The module also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. Those temporary records are subject to periodic cleanup.
Contact messages
You can send privacy questions or requests to contact@rockcustompinball.com. Messages sent to that address include the sender’s email address, message, and any attachments the sender chooses to provide. This information is used to review and handle the request.
Access to signup records
Authorized WordPress administrators can view, export, and remove signup records. Newsletter records are also included in the WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
Signup records remain in the WordPress database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed. This description applies to the configured signup module and does not describe every record that may exist elsewhere on the website or within its hosting environment.
Your choices
To ask whether the signup module has a record associated with your email address, request a copy of that record, or request its removal, email contact@rockcustompinball.com. Include the email address used for signup so the relevant record can be identified.
